What we checked
We searched each regulator’s own register for the legal entity behind BingoPlus, then compared the licence number, status, dates and approved domains with what the operator publishes. Every licence below was checked on 25 October 2026.
Findings
- Domestic-only product: the licence does not cover players outside the Philippines.
- Political risk: Congress debated stricter rules or a ban on online gambling in 2025; PAGCOR has frozen new online licences since March 2024.
- Affiliate links are switched off by default. PAGCOR and the CICC are actively pursuing influencer and affiliate promotion.
What this means if you play
The licence is real and current on the register. That gives you a regulator to complain to and, for UK and Malta licences, an approved dispute-resolution service. It does not guarantee every domain using the brand name is covered: use the domains listed on the licence.
Play safely
Gambling is for adults only (21+ where this brand is licensed). Set a deposit limit before you play. If gambling stops being fun, use the support services on our responsible gambling page.
