Since the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (LOK), licences are issued directly by the CGA rather than through master-licence holders. The CGA publishes a PDF registry of licences with licence number, licensee, registration number, issue date, expiry date and status.
How to verify
Download the latest registry PDF and search for the legal entity named in the casino’s footer. Check the expiry date and the status column. In the 31 August 2026 registry, some licences carry the status “Assessment in progress” after their expiry date has passed.
What to watch
Old sub-licence validator seals do not prove a current CGA licence. Brands that withdrew from Curaçao during the transition (BC.Game is the best-known case) may still display legacy references elsewhere.
