How to verify
Ontario sites must use an Ontario-specific domain or subdomain listed in the iGO directory. A brand’s .com site is not the regulated Ontario product.
Affiliate obligations
AGCO Registrar’s Standards prohibit advertising bonuses and inducements outside the operator’s own site, and since 2024 restrict athletes and celebrities likely to appeal to minors. Affiliates must register with the AGCO as gaming-related suppliers.
